Welcome to BomBay TuTors, operated by Bombay Educon Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”).

By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Us

BomBay TuTors is an educational platform based in Navi Mumbai providing career-based learning, mentorship, academic support, and skill development programs in Education, Art & Culture, and Sports.

3. Eligibility

  • Students enrolling must provide accurate and complete information.

  • For students under 18 years of age, parental/guardian consent is mandatory.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission if information provided is false or misleading.

4. Enrollment & Fees

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of applicable fees.

  • Fees once paid are non-transferable.

  • Any installment structure must be followed as agreed at the time of registration.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Refund requests (if applicable) must be submitted in writing via email.

  • The company reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests.

  • If a program is cancelled by BomBay Tutors, a proportionate refund may be provided.

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain discipline and respect faculty and peers.

  • Attend sessions regularly.

  • Avoid misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior.

  • Not share proprietary study material without permission.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, career models, CTM framework, study content, and training methods provided by BomBay TuTors are the intellectual property of the Company.

  • Students may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any material without written permission.

  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Academic & Career Disclaimer

  • We provide guidance, mentorship, and educational support.

  • We do not guarantee admission to any institution, job placement, or success in competitive exams.

  • Student performance depends on individual effort, dedication, and external factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

BomBay TuTors shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss.

  • Decisions taken by students based on career guidance.

  • Technical issues beyond our control (internet, server downtime, etc.).

10. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to our data practices.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
